How OsakaList currently uses infrastructure, audience measurement, preference storage and privacy choices.

Responsible entity and contact

Aurora Vector International Limited operates OsakaList and is responsible for OsakaList’s own processing where applicable. It does not control processing independently performed by external sites. Server and security logs

Cloudflare and Hostinger may process request time, path, IP or network information, device or browser information and technical errors to provide and secure the site, troubleshoot failures and prevent abuse.

Audience measurement

Astro pages use Google Analytics. An ordinary first visit loads analytics; after a user explicitly chooses Reject, the current browser no longer loads Analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain denied. OsakaList does not add a separate manual page_view. Pages still served by WordPress may be measured separately under the current Site Kit configuration; the choice made on Astro pages does not control WordPress data processing.

Site search

Search matches a static index downloaded to the browser. Search terms are not sent to an OsakaList search backend.

Theme and choice storage

Browser local storage preserves Light, Dark or System theme preferences and the analytics choice. A legacy theme cookie is used only to migrate an existing preference.

Email and external sites

Email sent to [email protected] provides the sender address, message and attachments for handling the request. Destination sites apply their own policies.

Commercial features

AdSense, personalized advertising and affiliate tracking are not currently enabled.

Retention, security and rights

Logs and communications are retained only as needed. Rights available under applicable law may be requested at [email protected], with reasonable identity verification where needed.
